After years of 1:1 and small group coaching, I realized that my clients would make incredible progress-- and their coaching experience left them both excited about their progress and craving more.
They might have experienced a "life changing" shift from our work together, but they realize that a health-conscious lifestyle is an ongoing journey with SO many facets to explore.
For many, a personal transformation sparks a new passion, the desire to keep learning and motivation to apply their learnings to the rest of the household.
Others realize that each life stage and hormonal shift (pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, perimenopause) brings new challenges and opportunities to refine what works for them.
Another common theme has been the desire to connect, build relationships, and have real conversations with like-minded women who are focused on their health and committed to raising healthy families in a world where that feels increasingly challenging.
This is why I created The Kalective. See below for what's included.

We welcome any woman on the path of healthy living. Most of our members are working mothers of school-aged children in their 30s and 40s.
Women looking for their "people," their "tribe" - other health-conscious women and mothers who are warm, supportive, open-minded, lifelong learners. I cannot say enough about the women in our community! Part of why I created The Kalective is because I wanted to connect all these amazing women I know and have worked with.
Though many of the members are former 1:1 or group coaching clients, that is not a requirement. This membership is appropriate for someone in the early stages of their wellness journey, and those who have been investing in their health for years.
