I help busy women unlock greater health and vitality. The first step is making yourself and your wellbeing a priority. I believe that is the only way we can show up as our best selves each day.


Most of my clients are mothers in their 30s and 40s, and I've seen the profound impact this can have on the health of the entire family. The ripple effect.


Through diet and lifestyle support, I help my clients optimizes their energy, digestion, mood, sleep, body composition and more. This includes overcoming cravings, improving gut health, reducing inflammation, balancing hormones and managing stress. I help moms bring the whole family along on the journey, shifting to more nutrient-dense diets and focusing on high-impact lifestyle modifications.

I support women through 3 key life and hormonal stages:


PRECONCEPTION

To optimize fertility, pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Optimizing health and reducing toxin exposure preconception also gives us an amazing opportunity to influences epigenetic expression and the health of future generations.


MOTHERHOOD

To optimize hormone balance, which can often includes dysregulated cortisol, blood sugar imbalances and / or estrogen dominance. These are connected to a variety of symptoms including poor energy, sleep issues, cravings and difficulty managing the stress of this life stage. I also help them with meal planning and strategies to improve their family's diet and lifestyle.


PERIMENOPAUSE

This is a time of transition and hormonal shifts that can lead to mood swings, poor sleep, weight-loss resistance, hot flashes and other challenging symptoms. The good news is that diet and lifestyle modifications can have a massive impact on how you feel.
