Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do you do as a health coach?

A: I help busy women cut through the noise, make simple and practical changes and prioritize their own health and wellbeing so that they can live energetic and vibrant lives. We simply cannot be our best selves if we are under-nourished, tired, anxious, hormonally imbalanced, socially disconnected, or out of sync with our natural rhythms. You deserve to be your first priority and those who love and depend on you will benefit from that shift.

Q: What does a typical program look like?

A: Clients typically start with a 1-month or 3-month coaching package, meeting weekly. Everyone is starting at a different place and some people have more to work on than others. At the end of the program, cliens can add-on additional coaching or transition to monthly meetings (‘maintenance mode’) to keep the momentum going and have extra support and accountability while solidifying their new habits for the long term. I also have a monthly membership, The Kalective, which fosters on-going education, inspiration and building connections between like-minded women.

Q: Does your coaching focus on nutrition?

A: Though nutrition is a cornerstone of healthy living, it is just one piece of the puzzle. In addition to healthy eating, I help clients explore and optimize numerous lifestyle factors that impact our wellbeing, including: sleep, movement, mindfulness, stress reduction and reducing exposure to environmental toxins. I also focus on individualized strategies to support healthy habits.

Q: Who do you work with?

A: The majority of my clients are mothers of young children. However, I have experience working with women through various stages of life and hormonal changes. Whether you're looking to optimize your health for improved fertility, pregnancy, the postnatal period, navigating the stresses of motherhood, or mesopause-related hormonal changes, I want to help you thrive and embrace the unique chapter you're in. I also have experience coaching couples.

Q: Should I do 1:1 coaching or join The Kalective?

1:1 coaching is a better fit for someone looking for personalized guidance for acute health concerns. I will meet you where you're at each week and we will align on goals, a plan and topics together. Though there are ample opportunities to ask questions in The Kalective, the call agendas, monthly themes and overall programming are determined in advance with the greater group in mind. You are absolutely welcome to participate as a member in The Kalective while doing 1:1 coaching. Kalective members can also purchase one-off sessions with me, which I do not offer to the general public.
