A: I help busy women prioritize their own health and wellbeing so that they can show up in the world with energy and vibrancy to fulfill their purpose and share their unique gifts. We simply cannot be our best selves if we are under-nourished, tired, anxious, hormonally imbalanced, socially disconnected, or out of sync with our natural rhythms. You deserve to be your first priority and those who love and depend on you will benefit from that shift.
A: Clients typically start with a 3-month coaching package, meeting bi-weekly at a set time, 7 sessions in all. Everyone is starting at a different place and some people have more to work on than others. After 3 months, there’s an opportunity to continue at that cadence for an additional 1-3 months or transition to monthly meetings (‘maintenance mode’) to keep the momentum going and have extra support and accountability while solidifying their new habits for the long term.
A: Though nutrition is a cornerstone of healthy living, it is not my sole focus as a health coach. In addition to healthy eating, I help clients explore and optimize numerous lifestyle factors that impact our wellbeing, including: sleep, circadian rhythms, movement, mindfulness, stress reduction and reducing exposure to environmental toxins. I also focus on individualized strategies to support healthy habits.
